Under the Stars - An Earth Day Celebration.

  • The University of Tulsa 2905 E 7th St Tulsa, OK, 74104 United States (map)

Earth Day is a world-wide campaign to make aware for global warming and climate change, deforestation and, mainly, saving energy for our planet. Thus, many participating countries and world cities, amongst others, like Berlin (GER), London (UK), Sydney (AUS), Rio de Janeiro (BRA), San Francisco (US), and many more turn off the lights of "their most viewed sightseeings" e.g., the Brandenburger Gate, Tower Bridge, the Opera House, or the Christus Statue.

Join us for Popcorn, Movies, Music, and Qdoba bowls as we turn off the lights at McFarlin Library and other TU landmarks for an hour to celebrate Earth Day.

Co-hosted by Student Association (SA).

Due to the fact, that a huge thunderstorm and heavy wind, etc. is announced for Friday, AIS has decided to postpone this event to Monday, April 24th, 2017.
